We love Chinese food and we recently discovered Toho Panciteria Antigua in Festival Mall. Well, actually, I have searched for this restaurant when we visited the TCM Clinic of Dr. Tan in Ongpin. However, we decided not to try it because we have to walk from the clinic to the restaurant.
One weekend, we were in Festival mall and noticed a restaurant near the entrance and viola, it was Toho.
On our first try, we got their set menu with Fried Chicken, pancit and rice. I added Mapo Tofu since this is one of our favorites every time we decide to dine in a Chinese restaurant. You can add P90 to upgrade your plain rice to Yang Chow rice.
This is the address in Festivall Mall.

To Ho in Binondo do not have set meals. We ordered chicken, lumpiang shanghai, Mapo Tofu and Yang Chow rice. Lumpiang Shanghai is good. It filled with meat. I loved it. The food is very similar with the ones served in Festival mall.
The waiting time for the food to be served is much longer. Obviously because of the restaurant is packed. The waiter apologized to us but it was fine. We were not in a hurry. We were waiting for our TCM order in Ching Tay Chinese Drugstore and it usually takes them 1-2 hours to process the orders.
These are the foods that we ate in both Binondo and Festival mall Toho restaurants. We tagged along our kids thus we always order fried chicken and lumpiang shanghai which are their favorites.

I liked the food in both branches of Toho. It was also good to be eating authentic Chinese food. I liked everything except the sweet and sour fish. Overall verdict, 8.5/10. We will definitely be back to dine in both restaurants.
